A curated collection of my original poems from over the years, some previously scattered across various platforms but mostly hiding behind an ordinary-looking yellow folder on my computer. Some verses may be in couplets or with rhythms intact while some may be unfettered by rhyme schemes, feet and meters (fellow literature students, hello!), but they're all equally extraordinary musings based on 'emotions' or rather, simple observations, 'recollected in tranquility'. It's a collection of poems in chronological order I wrote when I was going through a dark time in my life. It is about my break up with my best friend and how much it shook me and made me question my own being while already going through a hard time. It's about coming to an understanding that it's okay to hurt and feel angry and sad that you have let another person have so much power over yourself to cause such heartbreak. That it's okay to forgive and not forget. I am not good with description but this book will not make you feel happy and alive. Instead, you can find some emotions and circumstances you could relate to. My poems are written from different point of views. For example Oscar is 1st pov while Peace is written in 2nd Pov and Grave of her soul in 3rd Pov. Not every poem is about my friend but simply a letter to myself. I mean no offense to anybody through my poems so please keep this in mind while continuing reading. It's not great but it's something. #4 Sadpoetry your views and votes will be appreciated. It is a poetry which describes love. As love does not have a perfect definition it mentions the various aspects of love ❤️....to understand what love is and what happens in love.

There are some days in our lives which we'll never forget. The moments you'll reminisce eternally. College days are the best days of one's life. Where we meet some strangers, who later turn out to be our friends, and then family. A family that we choose ourselves. The best part of Aditi's four-year college life was their industrial visit or IV as they call it. That fifteen-day journey brought them closer, helped them improve their bond and become a family. Sure, there will be fights, misunderstandings, differences and other drama. But will they endure it? What change is this trip going to bring to their lives?
