Emory Maurice Hernandez, a 3rd-year architecture student, has simple yet ambitious dreams - to become a licensed architect. She always adored the salty air, the crashing waves, and the breathtaking ocean view; that's the kind of serene she wants to build her future on, building her dream house overlooking the ocean.
Among her many dreams is to leave and get far away from a world that doesn't believe in her capabilities. Her family is pictured-perfect: her younger brother, who's always with honors. She's constantly overshadowed and often compared to him.
But then her college life at Ateneo is anything but idyllic. She even got betrayed by a former crush, and her heart was torn when she found out her former crush likes her best friend.
There, she meets a stubborn but undeniably kind Engineering student, Leonel Yves Sevilla. Pinagtagpo sila ng tadhana when the professor announced both course will have collaboration. At first, it was all about structural integrity and deadlines. Leonel is the type who challenges her perspectives. As they spent long nights finishing their project, unti-unting nag-iba ang ihip ng hangin.
For Emory, dapat partner lang sila sa project, but as the days passed, as they worked together, the project slowly took shape, and so did their love for each other. Leonel became the steady support she didn't know she needed - the "civil engineer" of her rebuilding heart.
But can Emory trust Leonel enough to include him in her future plans, a future as beautiful and enduring as the ocean view they both adore? O mananatili na lang ba itong isang "draft" na hindi matatapos?
