Sometimes at night my mind wanders restlessly like a traveller lost amongst the stars and in order to soothe my aching thoughts, I pluck the brightest of constellations and paint them into poetry that leaves traces of stardust in my eyes and relief within my soul. She thought she was protecting her heart... until he made her happy enough to forget the pain he caused.
