Silverleaf is a normal Colorado town, except that it's the first town in Colorado to integrate the preternatural into daily life. Most of the Preternatural beings have established communities, but integration in a world of segregation after the Great Reveal is something new and exciting. It's also something dangerous for the humans. Ariela Duerta comes from the line of La Llorona, her gift or curse is she gets premonitions of death and she can talk to ghosts. I'm then going to pick someone interesting and create a story for them. It could be about where they go and what they do next, or where they just came from, or something totally random. My goal is to force myself to be able to publish something very quickly so that I have something live at the end of our weekly writing session @wattpadhq.
