Two pairs of footsteps had entered the room, meaning two people. I couldn't concentrate or gather enough strength to look to see who. The pain in my back turned excruciating. We accept the love we think we deserve. I was raised to know that. So when I met Wyatt over the summer, I thought it was more. It was right from the start. I was never nervous around him.
