I have no idea if this will ever reach the hands of the believers. But if it does, I hope this finds you well. I am just a mundane, with a story to tell. You need to be warned. About faeries. If you truly are one of us, I need you to believe my words. Locate her. Find her. Help her. You know her story. The story of my dearest friend. The Westbury Faery.

This is my entry into the 'Westbury Faery Contest'. Dearest Grace, I have grown old and tired. Nowadays my mind always goes back. The memories have never tarnished, never grown dim. Some of the memories still make me tremble, still make me sad but others... others make me smile and remember the joy in my heart.... (This is in Two Parts)

I originally wanted to enter this to the Westbury Faery Contest, but I think this is more like a spin-off, since I personally thought more about Grace than the faery (I'm so sorry Willow). But yeah, so, I hope you enjoy. I might write more dark-kind of one shots here. Thank you for reading!

Perhaps you've heard rumors of the Westbury Faery. Until the recent uncovering of incredible clues relating to her story, rumors were all there were. As researchers and historians have revealed her tale, I have focused instead on the time before she became the infamous creature, the time prior to her dangerous adventures: her sickness, trials, and abandonment. Think of it as... a prequel. A record of her change, transcending her devastating fate. The awesome amount of foreshadowing in her young adult life is truly amazing. It makes one think hard about one's own life, and of what signs of the future are hiding in plain sight.
