This is another Halloween fanfic. Plot; On Halloween night, Wirt tries to give the tape for his crush, Sara. In hesitation, Wirt's stepbrother, Greg, gave the tape to Sara instead. He left it to one of Sara's classmates. It was in her jacket. In the graveyard, Sara and her gang are gathered for the hangout. Wirt and Greg efforts to retrieve the tape yet failed. The police came to the graveyard. They tried to get away from the cop. Sara and her friends, including Wirt and Greg got separated. One day later, Sara has gone missing. The Mystery kids are together and ready! They are going to go on expected and unexpected adventures through earth and other dimensions, will they be ready for it all though? The updates can be slow sometimes I don't own any of the shows/movies/games/books, just the story line. The cover is mine though

When it all ended differently

Strange things are happening in the Unknown. Troubles re-awaken and even the dwellers of the Unknown are becoming lost. Beatrice makes a life-changing decision that will affect not only her, but her entire family. Wirt and Greg must decide what to do about a recent tragedy: escape to the Unknown or stay back? Lorna finds a strange lantern and things begin to happen around the Unknown, Langtree encounters problems and Pottsfield is deserted... This story begins from the end of Chapter 10: The Unknown, of Over the Garden Wall. If you haven't already seen this amazing show, go watch it! If you have, watch it again! You've finally done it. All that's left to do is accept what's happened and start again. (This will be a short story, so don't expect this to be running that long, I'd give it about ten chapters or so)

Wirt has been down since moving into a new town, he wasn't very social so he doesn't have many friends. He meets an even more antisocial person that seems determined to be in his life.

*WARNING* This story contains spoilers for the ending of the show Over the Garden Wall. Please proceed with caution. In a different turn of events, Wirt, desperate to save his younger brother Greg, decides to take the beast's deal. However, the beast's intentions were far more treacherous than he had expected. Rather than Greg's spirit being placed into the lantern, the spirit of the beast is placed inside - Wirt's spirit. With the role of the beast now given to Wirt, the identity of the previous beast is revealed. Now, with his brother taken over by the beast, Greg, with the help Beatrice and a few others, must find a way to bring Wirt back - or accept his terrible fate.

Wirt had just turned eight when he received a book titled Tome of the Unknown. He took one look at the cover, thanked his uncle profusely, pushed the book onto a shelf and frankly forgot all about it for the next seven years. Enter Greg: A curious kid in need of entertainment.
