A SHORT STORY OF HOW THIS AUTHOR WRITE BOOKS

The hallway is narrow and warped, its wooden floor bending under every cautious step. Faded wallpaper curls away from the walls like peeling skin, revealing dark symbols carved deep beneath the surface. A cold draft moves through the space, carrying the scent of damp earth and old perfume. The portraits lining the walls seem to watch silently, their cracked eyes following anyone who passes. Every inch of the hallway feels alive, holding its breath as if waiting for something to happen.

What if the meet-cutes you write started coming true in real life? Harper Lin's debut novel made her the next big thing in romance. That was two years ago. Now she's surviving on delivery apps and denial, holed up in her apartment, writing absolutely nothing. When her agent begs her to write something (their careers depend on it!), Harper does the only thing she can think of: she writes the most clichéd meet-cute in existence, steps outside to get coffee, and gets hit by a car. A little universe made of characters who showed up in my brain and refused to leave. This is where I keep them all - the soft ones, the chaotic ones, the heartbreakers, the healers, the ones who feel too real at 2 a.m. Think of this book as a moodboard in motion: backstories, aesthetics, drama, and all the little details that make my OCs breathe. Welcome to the chaos. Welcome to the cast.

The world outside is rushing by, Beneath a vast and heavy sky... We build our lives on hopes and dreams, But things aren't always what they seem... We found a love so deep and true, A quiet room made just for two... With walls of trust and doors of grace, It felt like such a sacred place... Your laughter used to fill the air, We shared our secrets, held our care... I thought this warmth would always stay, To chase the darkest nights away... But promises can fade and break, Like ripples on a quiet lake... The words you said began to cold, And slipped away from what we hold... Now silence sits where music grew, Inside this quiet room for two... A broken heart, a heavy chest, Where love has gone and left the rest... Yet life moves on, though footsteps hurt, And flowers grow from dusty dirt... I'll lock the door and leave the pain, To walk out softly in the rain...

Well this is something more so for me then my audience, so I won't be talking about it on my board or otherwise. If anyone does find it, you are free to read it! (it is on a very public site/app soooo...) Just a gist on what this is going to be about: A journal to vent, talk about my day or feelings while writing, maybe even reviews on some books that I really liked. Basically, a dump of my inner thoughts and feelings because I need the space.
