You're not "not a writer." You're just stuck in the part nobody warns you about. You've got scenes in your head. Lines that hit you in the shower. A whole book living in your chest-pressing on your ribs like it wants OUT. And then... you open a blank page and freeze. You overthink. You edit. You doubt. You promise "tomorrow." Tomorrow turns into months. Months turn into years. That ends here. The Writer In You: Begin your story. Claim your voice. isn't a fluffy "believe in yourself" pep talk. It's a quick, real-life guide built for busy, overwhelmed people who still want to finish something that matters. Inside, you'll learn how to: -start writing even when you don't feel ready -break writer's block and stop waiting on motivation -capture ideas the second they show up (before life steals them) -draft without self-sabotage (no more editing while writing!) -build a simple writing routine you can actually keep -turn your emotions into pages that feel honest, vivid, and powerful -stop abandoning your work-and finish your story If you're on Wattpad, you already know the truth: *The world rewards the writers who show up. Not the writers who "plan" to show up. So if you're scrolling because you're avoiding that blank page... THIS IS YOUR SIGN. Begin your story. Claim your voice. Because the writer you're waiting for... is already you.

Winterwatcher, but I'm very inconsistent in updating and I don't have an ending in mind lol Revising right now! Feel free to point out anything odd and I'll try to fix it :D The cover is a copy that I made based off this: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/29625310023973361/ I don't own any of the characters; all of them belong to Tui T. Sutherland

One writing prompt or dialogue prompt, etc every two days...done deal? Have fun exploring!! For future reference, I'm not going to search for prompts and then copy and paste them. These prompts will come out of my imagination, but maybe the same prompt is available somewhere else. I don't want to take the risk, so I'm going to put this book and copyright it as 'Public Domain'. P.S. You're not required to ask or inform me to use a prompt. If you could though, maybe share the title or your username if you decided to write it!! I really want to see how imagination can change from person to person. P.P.S. You can change and use the prompts however you would like :)

So this is just a bunch of random scenes my mind conjures up whenever I'm bored. These scenes can be used in any of y'all's stories, and I just need a footnote crediting it to me in the chapter that it appears in. It's just me having fun and I might get the see a whole story spring up around them. PM me if you decide to use any of them. I would like to see what you do with them.

Taking the time to read a few chapters of your favorite book can be an excellent way to overcome writer's block. Pay close attention to how the author structures their sentences and organizes their ideas. Doing this will help you find new ways to approach your own writing, giving you fresh perspectives and helping you write more effectively.

[ CURRENTLY ON HOLD = NO UPDATES UNTIL I FINISH MY OTHER BOOK OFF WATTPAD ] "you're in a waiting room of a clinic that promises to cure writer's block" Giving up on draft after drafts of half-thought out stories for the last five years, Gwen Storm was certain that her writing career would never take off. That is, until she finds a flyer slid under her apartment door promoting a new clinic that had just opened round the block. A clinic that promises to cure writer's block. That first step into the clinic and the advice she receives convinces her to return yet again, and subsequently join the clinic as its newest worker. Meeting people from all walks of life, delivering an odd assortment of items to houses and nearly getting bitten by a Chihuahua on more than one occasion, having deep conversations with her co-workers, and getting advice from someone she was supposed to be coaching were all not what Gwen had expected. That whole summer was unlike what she had thought would be. But that's what you do right? Life throws you papers full of different options, you hurry up and fill up that goddamn paper with ticks and crosses before life throws you another paper. That's what you do. You survive. You survive life like a damn pro. #OPENNOVELLACONTEST2020 - contains swear words - - slow burn is really. damn. slow. - highest achievement: #4 in #clinic (sometime in may 2020) #16 in #writersblock (sometime in may 2020)

As writers we have experienced writer's block. You get a great idea for a story and you get so far then you just get stuck. Sometimes never to pick up the story again. I hope this is helpful. Feel free to comment.
