Rory and Daryl's relationship is built on tension and grudging respect. "I'm not trying to fix everyone.Just... one person at a time," Rory replies, and for a brief moment, Daryl doesn't know how to respond. ✍️ Author's Note for "Gorgeous: A Silent Confession" > Some stories never begin with words... and yet, they live in us forever. This fanfiction is inspired by a real moment from my own life - a silent admiration, a passing connection that left an imprint on my heart. I never spoke to him. I never asked his name.
