Feel like the title is pretty self-explanatory. One shot. Written in one afternoon. If anyone reads this nonsense, please be nice. Part of a writing exercise from Neil Gaiman's Masterclass. The prompt was the following : Pretend you're a therapist treating the character. Write a scene in which you discuss the character's life and problems, then arrive at a diagnosis.

This is basically a document made up of stuff I've written from writing prompts. I'll include the prompts at the beginning of the chapter so you can use it too if you'd like! Just kind of a fun thing to do for people who love to write. Some of these may include fanfiction chapters, but probably not (though that is most of what I write in my free time). Let's go on a little writing adventure together!

This is a short story that I wrote as a backstory for a dungeons and Dragons character that I created in her point of view. I wrote it as a type of writing exercise and liked how it turned out so I figured I'd post it for everyone to enjoy. Also Credit goes to my Dungeon Master, TJ Sketch, for coming up with the names of Caduna Helthro and the village Nerimys.

This is a creative writing exercise which may be described as "Constrained Writing". This means that the author put forth certain self-imposed-limitations and conditions on the body text itself in order to creatively semi-abstractly funnel or channel a broad set ideas into a relatively less-broad set of resultant words on a page. Although not necessarily intended in this case, some authors use creative writing exercises with limitations as a challenge or for any number of other reasons. The ideas that are expressed in the text have a creative tie-in to text within the text that may not be immediately apparent. The subtlety is both covert and overt simultaneously.

Look around you. There are objects everywhere, correct? Well, I'm about to add a double meaning to some of those objects. Welcome to "Inanimate As You Are," a book where I try to make random objects somehow deep and poetic. You're welcome to come along for the ride. :) I do take requests and I encourage you to leave some since it will make things more interesting. Updates every Saturday (CURRENTLY ON HIATUS) ------------------ Commitment is not my forte

This is a writing exercise. This will not be edited, and is simply made up as I go along. I don't have any plans or outlines, I'm just seeing where this goes. I'm using the following as a writing prompt: "Turn one of the last texts you sent into a story." The text I'm using actually belonged to my friend, but I thought it was more intriguing.

This will be a collection of some of my daily writing exercises and other short works. Maybe these ideas will turn into longer stories, maybe these never go anywhere. It will be super random. Who knows where this will go? If there's something you want to read, let me know. I would love your suggestions! I definitely accept constructive criticism and welcome discussion that leads to growth.
