Everything was normal till someone couldn't see the light of day no more. Prompto Argentum, the only guy that could save the beautiful, amazing girl, that cannot wake up due to her being forced to sleep forever by a spell being cast. With the help of Prompto and his best friends, they set off on an adventure, restoring life to the girl that might be someone's princess being saved.

Okay, so I wrote this fanfic based off the cover picture. Well, I started it that way. Anyways. Our main character, Cinis, falls for our flamboyant fanboy, Prompto Argentum. Yes. Chocobos. Cinis is an Imperial experiment saved by the one and only, Prompto. She meets the Chocobros and joins them on an adventure. I suck at descriptions don't judge me. I didn't follow the plot of the game to a T, but it is the general plot. Don't hate me.

After the fall of Insomnia and death of King Regis and the disappearance of Lunafreya Nox Fleuret, Niflheim's Imperial Army made Lucis an unstable country as they stole the crystal. People are scared, frightened and horrified of what the future holds for them. Prince Noctis Lucis Caelum and his loyal friends, Prompto Argentum, Gladiolus Amicitia and Ignis Scientia have a set goal and journey to return to Insomnia and reclaim Insomnia's Throne. However, the Imperial Army are taking extreme measures to not allow the Prince to take his place in the Kingdom, even if it means killing those who were close to the royal family and their allies. A mysterious female ally of Noctis and Prompto is in danger and she is a key to stop the Imperial Army advancing it's world domination ideology. [Prompto Argentum x OC] Shonagh (pronounced Shawn-ah) Rayner is a teenage girl at the age of 17. Shonagh means 'God is gracious'. As a young girl, Shonagh was always never as thin as the other girls in school. She was always on the chubby side. Years ago, she met a boy named Prompto who was much like her. When Shonagh runs into a magitek soldier on her journeys years later, she finds she has the same marking on her body as it did. Wanting answers, she tries to ask other people in the Lucis area, only to have them back away and say to not come near them. Confused, Shonagh stops asking people what the mark is for and hides it with whatever she can. Whatever it is, it's not welcomed in Lucis.
