Lumine witnesses with her own eyes, Xiao, her one true love sacrificing himself to let her and the others return to the surface. Unexpectedly, she finds Zhongli along with Xiao's body right in front of him. He informs her that Xiao's soul is scattered and that the only way to save him from falling into the depths of the underworld, is to obtain the soul-refreshing stone which has the ability to gather and mend a soul. She and Paimon travel back in time to a thousand years ago, where the soul-refreshing stone had remained vital. At the same time, they also encountered a completely different Xiao they haven't known before. However things get complicated when Lumine begins spending time with him while they lessly remained searching for the stone. Will the Traveler find the soul-refreshing stone in time?

Traveler and Paimon have come back from Inazuma to participate Liyue's annual festival, Lantern Rite. While they run errands, a solitary Yaksha watches their moves and maybe he too, can find comfort under the sea of lanterns.

Lumine Outlander to dwudziestotrzyletnia mieszkanka Liyue. Jakiś czas temu ukończyła studia na kiernuku ekonomicznym, można dodać też że była jedną z najlepszych uczennic. A na stypendium miała same pozytywne oceny. Dziewczyna nigdy nie była duszą towarzystwa, nie lubiła imprez, alkoholu czy papierosów i innych używek. Prowadziła zdrowy tryb życia, nauka, sport, wolontariat. Po otrzymaniu wszystkich potrzebnych jej dokumentów zaczęła szukać pracy. Wiele firm prześledziła, do wielu CV wysłała. Na jej nieszczęście większość firm poszukiwało ludzi z większym doświadczeniem. A jakie miała nasza bohaterka? Nie oszukujmy się.. Praktycznie żadne. Ale nie poddawała się, szukała aż w końcu znalazła pracę o stosownych warunkach i dobrych zarobkach. W tym CV jednak rozpisała się bardziej, opisała wszystko co mogło być konieczne, i wysłała. A jak dalej się to potoczy? Tego nie wie nikt. Przejrzymy na oczy gdy historia Lumine zacznie się na pełnych obrotach.
