Your still in Alex's apartment with your mom you start to cry your mom pulls you into a hug I'm sorry mom you don't get to apologise for someone else's actions your mom puts her arms around you making you feel safe this is what we are gonna do I will fill the paperwork out in the morning you will file them with auntie Alex, Alex nods you need to inform manda as she is your partner and she will keep you safe you nod. You are moving back in with me & your dad as we can keep you safe we are gonna go back home now and talk to your dad together no mom please shhh baby it's will be ok I will tell your dad but you will need to be there when I tell him ok mom that's my girl Liv smiles. She holds your hand as you head to the car we've got this your mom says to you she drives you back home as you put your tired head on her shoulder everything will be ok trust me I trust you with my life mom good. Alex steps in smartly dressed holding her briefcase in one as she walks in with the other well manda whispers Alex holds it up we got it yes Alex rings Liv from the living room Liv yes we got it she sighs with relief finally. Just then Liv walks through the door with handbag on one arm with phone, keys & jacket in another, Alex head out to go home. Your catching your breath back when Liv hangs up the phone so Casey says I gave good argument to my case and I should be an ADA Liv laughs I bet she did. You arrive at manda's her door is ajar your mom and you pull your guns out checking every room til you get to manda you sigh with relief you put your guns away you get to manda where she is curled up in a ball with a blanket draped over her you kneel down and put your hand on her face hey manda she opens her eyes and looks up at you your face full of concern for her not as your partner but as your godmother tears drops down your face im ok you put your arms around her you worried me your door was ajar . Manda wraps her arms around you im sorry it's ok just don't do it again ok,manda says ok you eaten no good we brought take out manda smiles thank you for what being my partner wouldn't have it any other way you'd do same for me now eat up as Liv plates up the food and hands cutlery. For the record we're staying here tonight and we are not leaving your side ok I'd like that very much manda is sleeping on your shoulder as you rest your tired head on your mom your a good friend to her I try you are. I love you mom I love you too honey you didn't mind staying over did you mom not at all I'm with my 2 favourite people my best friend and my daughter you kiss your mom on cheek Liv smile. Manda helps you with your mom into the apartment as you sit her down on the couch you sit at the kitchen counter with manda she will regret this in the morning yep but you need to eat so what you wanna me to cook for you spaghetti manda starts cooking spaghetti for you. Manda yes thanks for today for helping me with mom she looks up at you as she kisses you anytime manda yes you will need to help me get her to bed ok manda plates up the spaghetti as you get the cutlery out of the draw you sit at kitchen counter with manda eating your spaghetti. Why does she get in this state because she was celebrating your win and your pregnancy yes but it still dangerous I know what your saying I just don't get it she could got her drink spiked or anything I know where your coming from because I do, I'll be having words with her in morning I bet you will manda helps you get your mom into bed I'm gonna leave you to to it now ok thanks manda you get into bed you put your head on your mom's chest and start crying your mom wakes up instantly hey look at me what's up I can't believe it finally over after months of hell Is it actually finally all over mom yes it is let all out you burst into tears I've got you ok you knod you cry for hours till you cry yourself to sleep your mom kisses you and wraps her arms around you.

Mental health is affected by so many factors in a world of hate and rules of 'normality'. We need to speak up and address issues without fear. Just wrote a little something thinking about the world we live in and how to bring about the changes. share your p.o.v. on comments.

Choosing yourself is not selfish. You just have to shout the chaos that's running through your mind. Saying your thoughts and getting upset in it is valid, crying for something really means to you is not weakness, it just matter. You matter; love yourself, not anyone can do that but you. The unspoken words in your mind matters, let the world hear it, don't be afraid.
