In Silence I Heal is an honest memoir of a quiet woman carrying invisible wounds. Since childhood, she kept everything to herself - the bullying, the hurtful words, the silent struggles - all swallowed in silence. But behind her stillness lies a quiet strength. This book invites readers into a life shaped by pain, transformed by love - from a toxic workplace to the healing touch of her child. It's a journey of falling, surviving, and slowly rising - quietly, steadily. A soul-stirring memoir for anyone who has ever felt not enough... and is learning to love themselves again.

Life can suck sometimes right? But at the same time life can show its endless beauty. This sentence kind of describes what my book will be like. It'll be a ragbag out of short story's, poems and some stuff I'm just not able to put into a genre. Most of the themes, of my work in here, will be about things you might've already experienced and can relate to. You might say this is my diary, but some chapters may be from my life irl, and some may not. However, I hope you enjoy reading this book, and those small things, which escaped from my brain into my hands. Have fun and thank you for supporting me!

Because behind every silent child... there's a battle you know nothing about. And maybe, just maybe, your kindness could be their reason to hold on.

This is for every girl who never stopped dreaming, even when the world told her to wait. For the eldest daughters carrying the weight of family, for the silent battles fought behind closed doors, and for the dreams paused-not broken. I wrote this poem to share the quiet heartbreak of watching others move forward while you're held back by fear, finances, and unspoken sacrifices. But it's also a promise - that even in the pause, the fire inside keeps burning, ready to rise. To my parents, who did their best and feared the unknown. To every girl who's ever been told "not yet" - your time is coming. Keep holding on. You're not alone, and your dreams are valid.

The Storm Inside is a raw, honest collection of poems written for anyone battling the weight of their own mind. These are words for the overthinkers, the quiet fighters, the ones who smile in public but cry in private. Each piece in this collection is a hand reaching through the dark, a reminder that you're not alone-that your storm doesn't make you weak, it makes you human. Whether you're searching for hope, healing, or just someone who gets it, this is your space. Come as you are. Feel it all

A Journey Through Pain, Hope, and Resilience Every day, millions wake up carrying invisible weights-of sorrow, of fear, of the dreams they once believed in but now doubt. This book is the story of one such soul. A girl who has seen the darkest corners of her own mind, who has stood alone when the world turned its back, and who still found a reason to try... one more time. Through raw emotions and poetic storytelling, One More Time explores the silent battles we fight daily-the unspoken tears, the unseen strength it takes to get out of bed, the quiet moments of choosing yourself over despair. It's not about a grand transformation or a sudden miracle. It's about survival. Persistence. And the belief that even when no one claps for you, even when no one sees your pain-you can still rise. This book is not a solution to your problems. It is a mirror of your pain and a hand on your shoulder saying, "You are not alone." If you've ever felt like giving up, this book is a reminder to try again-not forever, not even for tomorrow. Just... one more time.

"I didn't write this just to tell my story-I wrote it for the ones still trying to heal. For the ones who feel like it'll never get better. I want you to know that healing takes time, and that it's okay if you're still figuring things out. Don't give up. You're not alone-even in the silence." "This isn't just my story-it's a reminder that growth is slow, healing is messy, and feeling lost doesn't mean you're broken. You're not alone. And no matter how heavy it feels right now, things can get better."
