When Askar dawns the age of 20, he is sent to Basgiath War College to survive and learn the ways of a dragon rider. To fly. To fight. To protect. But trouble brews, and when reality breaks itself. Askar and Xaden along with a crew of Riders, could be the only thing to stop it. {This writing is a work of fanfiction. Aloi was just like every other Faery child--content with tending to the family garden, trading with the mushroom gnomes, or floating in the Mirrored Pools. It wasn't until her junior brother Mick was caught in a high tree that Aloi discovered she wasn't at all like the other children. Can she keep her secret and avoid being sent to live with the Elders--or worse--banished from Grovenglen altogether? I hope you enjoy the tale of Aloi as much as I did writing it. This isn't the end of her as I have a series of short tales planned that will introduce you to other residents of Elementia as well as a novel length tale that will bring them all together. That being said, I'd love any thoughts, comments, suggestions, and questions that you have to help me enrich and improve this story. Please add your thoughts here or within any of the following chapters. Thank you in advance and stay tuned for more!

Guinevere, Arthur's promised bride. Garreth, her best friend and cousin, the son of Merlin (Myrddin), the great wizard. It sounds just like the Arthurian Legend, doesn't it? But... What if everything happened differently? What if the young Princess Guinevere was not so keen on marrying Prince Arthur, whom she met... when he came for a week-long sightseeing tour to her father's kingdom accompanied by dashing Sir Lancelot? What if she was... dressed as a knight, pretending to be a bodyguard hired for the visitors? And... What if it was 'a she', who was destined to pull the sword from the stone and thus unite the kingdoms? This is my version, a humorous retelling of the famous legend, a medieval fantasy- coming of age- romantic comedy. *This story is purposely historically innacurate, set in some parallel, fantastical Britain that is different from what it had really been in the past, even though I'm using real locations, historically confirmed battles, and the Saxons as enemies of my legendary King Arthur. Rivalry was supposed to be simple: hex, counter-hex, move on. But when Elara Veyne transfers to Caelum Academy and ends up magically paired with Cassian Hale, nothing goes to plan. What Elara expected was a quiet year inside a prestigious fantasy academy. What she got instead was an arrogant rival stitched to her schedule by unpredictable magic, a castle that seems to rearrange itself out of pure spite, and feelings that refuse to behave. Then an ancient glyph awakens beneath the academy. Suddenly two enemies are forced into uneasy alliance. Between sarcastic comebacks, magical duels, dangerous secrets, and corridors that never stay where anyone left them, their rivalry blurs into something far more complicated, far more dangerous, and one heartbeat away from a kiss. ☆ONC 2021 Honourable Mention and Shortlister☆ ☆One of Round Two Top Five Winners☆ ☆Multiple times featured☆ ☆☆☆ ☆This is a story about H. Ch. Andersen, about how he became a writer and why most of his stories are so sad and melancholic. Also, about why he never found real love... Yes, that's what I read about him (among other things)-- he kept falling in love with unatteinable women. My story portrays Hans Christian Andersen as a young, fourteen-years-old boy. It's set in Odense, Denmark, in the late summer of 1818-- soon after Hans' mother, a poor washerwoman, remarried (two years after his father's death) and shortly before he was sent to a school for poor children where he had to support himself. Where he became, to be able to afford his schooling, first a weaver's, then a tailor's apprentice, a singer, an actor and finally, once his excellent soprano voice changed, a writer. Hans and Louise, his (fictional) step-sister, seek refuge from a summer storm in an old shed. There, they meet Rosalind, a lost Flower Fairy. When they decide to help her find the Butterfly Fairy boy she loves and intends to marry, she takes them into a fantastical world of Terra Sonalis, her home. A land of dreams populated by fairies, goblins, elves, mermaids, talking animals... All those mysterious creatures that fuelled Andersen's imagination for the rest of his life. ☆☆☆

Celena is the Princess of Eribourne, second in line to the throne behind her elder brother, and supposedly good for nothing other than becoming the beautiful bride of a suitor of her father's choosing. When Celena was a child, her father confined her within the castle's walls, not allowing her to stray too far from his watchful eye. But on the day of her eighteenth birthday, Celena is given a necklace from the castle cook. That night, the necklace and the full moon drag her to a portal that transports the Princess to the warrior tribe of Apogee, located in a world entirely opposite her own -- a world that hates monarchs just as much as its people love bloodshed. Now, the girl who never once believed she was destined for anything greater than becoming a suitable bride, finds herself training alongside the legendary Batair sisters and the leader of Apogee, causing Celena to question everything she has ever known.

Shadow was already used to being just that: a shadow in the eyes of society that marginalized her over 9 years. After a traumatic and life changing event in her life, Shadow learned to take care of herself alone in a way that she did not depend on any of the kingdoms that had left her in the lurch. On the contrary, she, in her conception, acted in justice: they stole her innocence, she stole them back. Growing up on the street with a good light hand, she created a great reputation for herself without ever being caught, making civilians even believe that had been an entity that stuck it's invisible hand into their pockets. For her, she was nothing more than a skilled pickpocket, but for the Queen of Althaia, she was a way of getting what she wanted: answers to the plague of a myth that had been proving to be more real than just a legend. However, Shadow's loyalty is deposited in only one person: herself.

In this humorous retelling of Harry Potter's sixth year, Harry finds an old Potions textbook that seems to belong to someone calling themselves the "Half-Blood Prince." This book contains spells even Hermione hasn't heard of. Just in time, a new magical app called WizTok starts trending among Hogwarts students, giving them a platform to share their new spells. Soon, WizTok is flooded with students performing all kinds of inventive spells, from the humorous "Harry Potter Spell" that makes the caster look like Harry to the tricky "Vengeful Bird Spell." Meanwhile, Ron's forced to date Lavender since he's too afraid of her vengeful spirit to break up with her. And Dumbledore barges in on Harry's art class for some private lessons, in which he reveals they'll be exploring Voldemort's past to uncover weaknesses that might help them defeat him. However, Hermione insists on horning in on each lessons. One particular memory proves to be the most important: a young Voldemort supposedly asking what a "horchata" is. Harry needs all the luck he can get to find the real memory from Hogwarts' newest professor, even if it means covering himself in lucky perfume. When Voldemort's ultimate plan is revealed, the final showdown begins in an underwater cave at Stoney Cove. The zombie battle that unfolds pushes Harry to his limits, or just to the surface. After a heart-stopping flash of green light on top of the Astronomy Tower, he barely escapes a mob of angry Hogwarts students, set off by the real Half-Blood Prince, along with a Mr. Spitty Pants. The ordeal leaves him running for his life, knowing that the final fight with Voldemort will be unlike anything he's faced before, including Quirell's two faces. That was the moment I realized two things: Fate had chosen me. I wasn't ready.

Harry Potter thought things couldn't get worse after being blamed for Dumbledore's death. Then Voldemort shows up at Privet Drive on his birthday, turns the Dursleys' house into a fireworks show, and forces Harry, Ron, and Hermione on the run. Their mission? Destroy Voldemort's Horcruxes. Their problem? Dumbledore left zero instructions. Things spiral fast. Voldemort declares Harry Undesirable No. 1 and shuts down his Wiztagram account, replacing it with OnlyWands, an app that forces wizards to register their wands or else. After narrowly escaping an attack, Harry crashes a wedding that's not exactly Bill and Fleur's, fights off Death Eaters, and flees to Ilvermorny in America. There, the trio learns the first Horcrux is at Christie's Auction House in London. Harry disguises himself as Ginny using Polyjuice Potion and distracts Umbridge with help from a Hogwarts grad-turned-Dementor. Ron ditches the group to "help" Lavender Brown, Hermione's house is attacked by cursed muffins, and their Christmas shopping is rudely interrupted by a reindeer Patronus delivering the Sword of Gryffindor. Clues lead them to Uagadou, the magical school in Africa, where things go sideways fast. Harry is captured by an evil wizard and locked in the Malfoys' swanky London penthouse. Meanwhile, Voldemort hunts the Elder Wand, and Harry must infiltrate Hogwarts with chaos (and awkward surprises) ahead. From cursed pastries to app tyranny, this parody reimagines Deathly Hallows with absurdity, hilarity, and just enough heart. Will Harry and friends defeat Voldemort? Or will Voldemort succeed in ruling England, which, as Hermione notes, isn't that ambitious? This is a fan fiction parody retelling of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling, written for non-commercial use. Drop a 🪄 (wand) in the comments if you love the new story!
