Humans don't understand how someone can be both dead and alive, and that fact scares them, it opens up the possibility of a threat even if there is no evidence of malevolent intent. So, the only solution in the minds of humanity is to dominate and subjugate the unknown variable until it no longer has even the potential to be a threat. They choose to pretend that the unknown variable is lesser, that humanity is superior on no other grounds than that it's humanity. Danny had been stuck with the G.I.W for years when the Young Justice team rescued him. Broken, beaten, and none the wiser of the greater majority of humans, the humans with kindness in their eyes and light in their souls. He's been trapped in the darkness of greed and fear and violence for far too long, and what's left behind is a fractured mind and a trained weapon. Buried underneath that, however, is a young child who is scared and confused, a child that hasn't seen the light of day in years. That child never expected to see the bright side to existence, to see the light shine in the souls of the righteous. That all changed with one group of heroes, and one family of Bats. The team is on a routine mission when Phantom gets blasted by one of the goons wielding experimental tech. Unable to keep his ghost form intact he transforms back into his human form. Causing the rest of his teammates to think the beam had somehow brought him back to life! The team starts to try to protect Danny and make sure he doesn't die again, always checking around every corner for a possible threat. How long will he last?

Danny has lived for a long time. He is bored and comes to Gotham to relieve his boredom. But what is live (or the after life) without some excitement. Franklyn 'Frank' Castle, formerly Alam Al Ghoul-Wayne. Much like Superboy, Frank was cloned from Batman, Bruce Wayne, and Thalia Al Ghoul's DNA. He was grown to have Bruce's abilities and intellect as well as Thalia's. He didn't have an accelerated growth, and was originally programmed to not know he was a clone. At the age of 13, he found out what he was and what he was really created for, to take over as leader of the League of Shadows. So, he ran, and was brought into the Castle family, given the name Franklyn, but went by Frank. for four years, he was a happy son, and a happy brother, until it all came crashing down. His new found parents and younger brother and sister killed in a gang war. Now, he's the Punisher, the judge, jury, and executioner of criminals. But the Superheroes, however, the Justice League are going to find out how deep down the rabbit hole he fell. "One batch, two batch, penny and dime."

(Read warnings after the summary) Lila Duch is a seventeen year old girl who works at a Zoo. she has the ability to talk to animals but the animals cant understand anyone else, they can understand basic commands but nothing else. When mutant children start going missing and the only eye witness is an animal they are stumped. when batman hears about the girl that can talk to animals it is up to her to bring them back before disaster strikes.
