It's been fifteen years since the Boiling Isles were saved from the tyrannical rule of Emperor Belos, and Luz and Amity were happy on Earth... for awhile. But Earth isn't the safe place that Amity assumed before coming to the Human Realm. At least it wasn't. But as another year threatens to come to a close, Amity will come face to face with the sacrifices she's made to do for Luz's world what Luz did for hers.

Reindeers each of regal breed, all across the white plains speed to yonder Snow-covered climes to take the joy of the times. Carols in melodious rhymes sung in the joyous season, once a year without ceasing reveal the only reason why Christmas is for feasting.
