Zelda and Link have defeated Calamity Ganon and are now free to go their own way. However, it is hard to get to grips with their past, which can get in the way of their present. And as if that isn't hard enough, there seems to be a new threat that they will need to face. **This story takes place directly after Breath of the Wild and has no link to Tears of the Kingdom. Don't forget to check out the sequel: Noble by Nature!

Hyrule stands on the brink of renewal, but peace does not come easily. With the kingdom still in ruins after the war with Ganondorf, Queen Zelda faces the immense burden of rebuilding her people's future while navigating a fragile new alliance with the kingdom of Termina. At her side stands Link-the hero who saved Hyrule, a former farmhand turned knight, now sworn to protect his queen. Yet, the royal court refuses to accept him as more than a commoner, forcing him to navigate the rigid world of nobility, etiquette, and politics-all foreign to the warrior who once lived by the sword. Since the last defeat of Calamity Ganon, Hyrule has evolved in the last 1,000 years. The prophecy faded into mere legend. People live their lives, always working towards the future. The two chosen heroes, best friends, are as clueless as everyone else. But what happens when the legends are true? What if no one is ready? When Lord Zant takes over Hyrule, throwing it into shadow, Link and Midna join together to rescue their Princess, Zelda, and Hyrule's symbol of peace: The Temple of Time, where Zelda is being held captive.

"I'm heading into town to buy food," he tells her, welcoming the chill of the air, "I won't be long." "All right," she says, covering the safflina seeds with soil, "Do you need more?" More? Link looks down at himself, confused. More what? OR Link finds extra money in his wallet every month, something he chalks up to him being bad at math. Unbeknownst to him, Zelda thinks he's her landlord.

According to him, they're for someone he loves dearly. Zelda is one of the owners of the flower shop, and it's really odd to have the prince of Hyrule visit almost everyday. After a bit, you have to wonder: Who is his Love? ------ I do not own the characters, simply the story! I didn't know if to call this an LOZ Fanfic, or an SSB Fanfic, because there are going to be characters from there, but it's going to be set in Hyrule, so I'm calling it both! Anyway, enjoy!
