Jin Ling is the God of the sun and Lan Sizhui is the God of the Moon. During the day Lan Sizhui visits Jin Ling in his human form and during the night Jin Ling visits Lan Sizhui in his human form. They first met each other when they were younger before they were assigned their heavenly duties during Wei Wuxain and Lan Wanji's anniversary party.
