Lewis should have known it was a terrible idea to go to Mako Island alone on the night of a full moon.

It starts with the girls preparing for a strange full moon. But this time, the moon casts its spell on them a different way. It tells them that they must leave their families and live together as mermaids. The moon makes them promise to do so, and by the time the girls come to their senses, it's too late. They have to leave and live a new life. This is probably going to take place in early season two, after the girls get their enhanced powers. I'll try to get Ash in the story somehow.
