The charecters (minus a few OCs) belong to Alexandra Bracken. After Ruby removed herself from Liam's memories, he had no reason to stay and left as soon as he could. Ruby herself has to deal with the consiquences and guilt of what she had done and know that if he does return that he will not know her. When the two keep finding themselves in the same places, he has to wonder if he once knew her. Despite any curiosity, he knows he has to keep moving. Any day now he could be retreaved and end up back in the camps, but when a threat too great for him to face alone surfaces, he has to turn to a stranger for help. I wrote this imidiently after watching the movie and have yet to read past the first book. This is only for fun and constructive critisism is welcome. As I have become obsessed(more like re-obssesed) with this series and had a lot of idea's for one shots I could write about The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken.
