It has been 10 years since the end of The Hundred Year War, ten years since Aang left her. Katara now finds herself in an unlikely pair with a melancholy Fire Lord while navigating life in Republic City. Excerpt: "Zuko stop!" she begged. He did not, he continued to nudge and press for an answer. Katara began to feel like the floor was slipping from under her. The room was no longer still and she was growing increasingly dizzy. She grabbed on to a column to steady herself. Zuko rushed to her side, bracing her against his warm body. Their eyes met briefly and Zuko found the answer he had been searching for.

Zutara happens!!! Here is my version of what the rest of the Avatar the Last Airbender would look like if Zutara actually happened. I start from the Agni Kai between Azula and Zuko and we just go from there. I just want to add, I made the effects of Zuko's lightning wound a lot worse than they were portrayed in the show, since I feel like, even though he did get healed by Katara, his reactions and recovery time were very unrealistic (that's probably just me though). I also came up with some new concepts that have to do with Chi and the Spirit World, so hopefully they work with the story and the rest of the Avatar Universe. When Aang was shot down and claimed to be dead... Another had fallen and was also claimed dead, accept he was really dead. Prince zuko. When the gaang finds out the tragic death of the prince of the fire nations murder they almost seem to feel it's unreal, the boy that have hunted them will never bother them again... They all feel different about it, guilt, confused, even the thought of zuko not deserving it, but also anger yet relief... That's until one of them runs into the blue spirit and finds out a dark secret that only one other knows of. "Zuko?"

What If? What if katara liked zuko? what if he liked her? What if Aang had ended up with someone else? This story revolves around the sun and the moon....fire and water, yin and yang, push and pull. (art is not mine) Let us all go back to the time at the crystal catacombs.

What if Zuko convinced Azula that what she's doing is wrong, being feared and powerful can only destroy her from the inside. Only to run as their only option, to run from the fire nation, fearing their fathers wrath of betrayal. But one day they run into a old woman who promised them safety and shelter... Hama. Don't trust her. She loathes fire benders and being the prince and princess of the fire nation, the old woman holds them hostage in a dungeon with other prisoners but they get far more worst... When the gaang meets Hama, will they save all of the prisoners? What then?

When Zuko became part of the Gaang, all Katara could do was wait for the other shoe to drop. This was her way of processing the emotions that came with the addition of the firebender to their group. She didn't know how to express her feelings to him, so she wrote it down in the form of poems instead. *HUGELY inspired by a poem book called The Princess Saves Herself in This One by Amanda Lovelace*

Nothing sexual, I don't like sexual stuff so yall don't gotta worry. I will say I like to add graphic descriptions and I don't do trigger warnings other than comments (maybe) because I like to keep it authentically smooth so read at your own risk. A lot of things happened in the AVATAR World. Some of them that we didn't really got to see. A series of one-shots describing the evolution of Zuko and Katara's relationship.

Stripped of their bending and imprisoned together, they are forced to rely on each other for survival. Initially, distrust and resentment linger between them, fueled by years of conflict and betrayal. As they face harsh conditions and constant threats, Zuko and Katara begin to see each other in a new light. Zuko witnesses Katara's unwavering compassion and her determination to protect the innocent, while Katara observes Zuko's inner turmoil and his struggle to atone for his past actions. They realize that they both share a common goal: to create a better world. Together, they devise a plan to escape, using their combined knowledge and skills to overcome their captors. Along the way, they learn to trust each other, relying on each other's strengths and supporting each other's weaknesses. As they fight side by side, their bond deepens, and they begin to develop feelings for each other. However, their escape is only the beginning. They must now convince their respective nations that they are allies, not enemies, and work together to expose the rogue group's plot and prevent another war. Their relationship becomes a symbol of hope for a future where peace and understanding can prevail, but they must overcome prejudice and skepticism to make that vision a reality.

The 100 year war still continues and the relationship between the Fire Nation and the Southern Water Tribe became worser than ever before. The two don't talk to each other anymore and if inhabitants have contact with each other, the consequences are terrible. Even though they know what to expect when people discover their secret, Katara and Zuko can't forget their love for each other. Will the lovebirds live happily ever after or does their love for each other means the end of their life?

What we know so far is simple, Katara of the Fire nation was the last fire lady. What we don't know, is how that came to be. This story is for the ATLA fans, just like me, who can't get enough of it. I present to you When the Moon Kissed the Sun, a story with both romance and adventure. I also promise this won't look like any other romance story or ATLA fan fiction (because it isn't), we have enough of that already. Since I love the water and fire duo/couple, this will definitely be a major trope of this story so be prepared for it. This story takes place in the ATLA universe but happens way before the events of the series. But things are a little different.. 20 years ago, the fire nation managed to kill Aang, the young avatar, in the slaughter of the Air Nomads. Now, as the Fire Nation has taken over on the Earth Kingdom with an iron hand, conquered the Southern Water Tribe and exterminated the Air Nomads, the sake of the world seems lost.. but hopefully, a surprising duo might change that. Author's note: Even though this story takes place in the Avatar: The Last Airbender universe, you will see some minor changes in both the storyline and the Avatar cycle. But do not worry, those changes will have for only purpose to help me build this story and it will not go too far from the original universe. Thank you and have a good read!
