Though after one of the flings with Damon and she got pregnant and gave birth to Amethyst Salvatore/Petrova, but Kat didn't want her because she looked too much like Damon and she mostly wanted Stefan so she gave it to Emily and told her to give it to Damon, but Emily and the other witches didn't want her around because somehow she wasn't a traveler witch but a Siphoner so the witches banished her to another world hoping she'd never come back, and so Damon was never told of his daughter and Stefan was never told about his niece....until it was too late to watch her grow up.
