"The most beautiful things in life are not things. They're people and places and memories and pictures. They're feelings and moments and smiles and laughter." This story is about a girl named Ivy. She moved from Atlanta Georgia to live with her Dad in Indianna due to her moms drinking problem which caused her to be abusive. Though ivh was quiet and for the most part shy, there wiuld be bits of anger that would bleed through her sweet and quiet character. Bo one understood Ivy, she thought that no one would. But that boy did. The boy who was always seemed angry and had a resting mad face. The boy who needed pills to function properly. The boy who lost his mother in a shooting. Yes that boy. That boy would be their patch up Ivy's wounds whenever she started to bleed.

This is my first poem. I hope you enjoy reading it. This poem is for someone whose heart is shattered into pieces, yet still longs for the one they love. A collection of verses born from raw emotions, delightful feelings, and lingering thoughts. These are the words we whelmed from ourselves and from the world. An overwhelming pain we carry WITHIN us; unspoken words that create a boundary in silence, where distance leads to being misunderstood in a chaotic world, we never spoke out. In the end, it's just a word we never spoke clearly.

I walked around the city feeling blue. She wasn't there. But the city remembered her. This is a short piece about missing someone, and the strange way places become haunted by the people we love.

Her silence. Her love. Her pain. "A love I gave without asking, too quiet to be chosen, too late to be felt." Her love wasn't loud. Her pain wasn't obvious. But her absence? That's what will scream. Liora has mastered the art of pretending-laughing loudest when she's hurting the most. But this time, her silence might not be enough to keep everything from falling apart. A secret she buried long ago is beginning to resurface... and someone is starting to see through her smile. Will she finally let herself be seen? Or will she hide again-just like always? Ps. The cover photo wasn't originally my work, it was made by AI, but with reference. Thank you!

One day lying in bed I had promised Nigel to tell people our story. I had't thought he was even serious, I had said I'd write about us even without thinking. I had been fighting with myself all this while, trying to convince myself to do it, it took years of convincing but I decided I had to honour his wishes. It is a personal tale, a story of love and revelation, one I would have never believed to be true if it had not really happened to me and here I am, baring my heart out to you. Keeping my promise.

In this collection, each poem is a gentle, fragile flame - a whispered confession in the shadow of unrequited love. Here, light bursts without ever truly warming; the heart beats on its knees, caught between hope and surrender, and the words burn without ever screaming. This is the story of a silent love - powerful and poignant - the kind we carry within ourselves, never able to fully share. An intimate journey through the beauty of silences, the pain of the unspoken, and the fragile light of feelings that long simply to exist. For all those who have loved in secret, for those who hoped without an answer, for those who know that sometimes, loving also means learning to let go.

Avantika Aggarwal is a student at NMU (her dream university), and there she begins falling in love with Chris after couple of hate events, who in turn later admits his feelings as well the night he saves her from a rape. Don't they say life ain't a bed of roses? One night just when Avan and Chris are going by the lake, they meet an almost accident....but thats what sets Avan into heaps of discomfort since she very much believes it is no, "accident" if the malicious looks of the driver has anything to go by. Some time later Chris leaves with his sister, Emily promising to be back. But the wait prolongs to months and finally Avan discovers that they would never be back. Her friends and she set off to meet him. Right there in his house she senses some terrible vibes of troubles the night they make love as if there was no tomorrow. And the next morning, when its Avan's birthday, she is gifted the most impossible gift from Chris, he is very much in love and engaged to another girl. Emily diregards the love of Taylor, who people have known has been in secretly in love with her as much as she has. To add more flavours, Avan gets to learn that Chris has hired bodyguards and then she realises that the man who she had witnessed getting out of Chris's house was the same driver she had seen at the night of the "almost accident." Months pass by, and she is pressured by friends to move on, but how does one move on from love? Later Luke (a friend) and she begin getting closer, although Luke realises he is falling for her; he also knows Avan has not loved Chris any less and would maybe never. To everyone's horror, they get to know about Isabella, the girl who pretty much is despised by all, was a pretty much docile natured girl, that was until the night she got raped. Promising her to find and nail the culprit everyone gets to know, that it was none other than.....Chris? is it so? Is everything as crystal clear as water?

The analysis of such factors is likely to facilitate commercial entities to realize a competitive edge. All businesses go through various stages of Staff Management throughout the years. As a result of this facet, it is critical for the entrepreneurs and business professionals to understand some of the primary factors that have direct implications on the prevailing levels of Staff Management. Reportedly, Staff Management is one of the basic aspects that generate the overall business of commercial entities. Unfortunately, most of the enterprises lack Employee management software which necessitate the sourcing of Management systems either from online employee management system companies or directly from shareholders. In this light, it is essential for the various stakeholders of the business sector to understand the manner in which Staff Management practices influence a company's ability to access Staff Management. A review of the commercial sector confirms that commercial entities that have sufficient access to Staff Management tend to be more competitive than their counterparts who lack such access.
