Babysitting, mowing lawns, cooking, and cleaning for the elderly may be a nice summer gig, but it looks like her rural roots are holding on for longer than just the season. These two girls have a secret bigger than this tiny town was meant to hold. They're high school sweethearts hiding their love in a town that values church more than change. When best laid plans bite the dust, Paige and Lena can no longer run from themselves--or each other. If they run to each other, their lives will never be the same. Neither will the place they call home. Should they stop choosing between queer and country? What will life be like if they pick both?

I'm not too sure what I'm going to write but I do know I wanna write about the different turns in life. The turn in our believes, actions, conviction. Just the changes that we experience as Believers in Islamic monotheism, as a servant of Allah. Why do our heart wobble at a time and another time it's firm? I can't answer this questions but I can make you realize it happens to me as well and I think we need help. Relax, Read and Enjoy the story.

I have a dream...

Being a keen traveler, who documents the lives of women encountered, visiting Beirut in Lebanon last year was an eye-opener. Over 250,000 African and South East Asian women, are employed in the country as domestic maids. They have no employment or legal protection and instead are governed by their employers, under the kafala system. This lead them to be strictly controlled by employers, who often treat them harshly and they are exposed to physical and psychological abuse, in more extreme cases, sexual violence, torture and murder. The following are based on my observations while in Beirut.
