Hello! I have returned with another fic, this time diving into the world of BSD featuring the genius detective himself, Ranpo Edogawa. ( I do want to clarify that your character does have a name and appearance/ look already established in the story; however, if you do not like it, then feel free to imagine yourself differently. It's just easier for me to write the story with a character already established, kind of like a placeholder.) Kumiko Amajiki's / y/n's life has been one huge unfolding story full of mystery, intrigue, philosophy, plot twists, drama, and possibly now romance? Ever since Ranpo Edogawa was introduced into your story, you were no longer reading about adventures and thrills but were now living them out for yourself. But not all stories end happily, and you, more than anyone else, know all too well that the smallest alteration can ruin a story's ending for good. Will you and Ranpo get to live happily ever after? Will Ranpo finally learn to appreciate the beauty in the process, or skip to the end of your story together as partners at the ADA, only to realize not even a genius can change a story once the ink is dry? I want to clarify that I am not the original author of Bungo Stray Dogs, and in no way is my OC a canon character to the original story of BSD; therefore, this story is not canon. I opened my eyes for the first time in a place I didn't recognize. The only thing that greeted me was the harsh white light pouring from a lamp on the ceiling, burning against my eyes. Everything around me was unfamiliar-cold metal walls cables hanging from above and experimental capsules filled with cloudy liquid. The sharp chill in the air brushed against my bare skin, sending shivers through my body. As the mechanical hum of machines echoed throughout the room all I could do was stare blankly at my surroundings. I felt lost Yet at the same time I was so empty that I couldn't even fully understand what it meant to be lost. What was the sky? When I saw it for the first time I couldn't make sense of it. It looked like an endless expanse stretching beyond imagination. Deep, silent and bottomless. Like an unknown abyss capable of swallowing anyone who gazed into it for too long. Trees birds cats dogs and humans. They all lived in the same world breathing the same air and carrying on with their lives. They laughed cried feared loved. They lived. What about us? Could my brother and I ever become a part of this world? Could we live in a safe home sit around a warm table and sleep without fear? A life filled with love. Who wouldn't want that? "Will we ever be like them, brother?" I once asked quietly "They won't separate us from each other, right?" Because sometimes, even hope can be painful. After all we were the ones considered failures from the very beginning... _ Marissa and Chuuya are two siblings who were born and raised inside a laboratory. Be that due to sabotage from coworkers who (secretly) don't want him to die, or just death telling Dazai to stay the f#ck away. Also, yes, this is mostly fluff... somehow. This story wont make sense but hey when do my other stories does. but this is just a what if Atsushi was Jouno in Disguise. Summery here Jouno was sent to spy on the Ada. Since he's mostly available all the time. They would usually send Tachihara on these type of mission but he was way to busy spying on the Port mafia. And Tecchou can't be sent because he was the strongest hunting dog. and they cant have him risk on the mission(plus he will probably make it obvious that he's spying on them) While Teruko might be a good choice. But she's literally the vice-cap so out of the question. so that leave Jouno to spy. If you ask about abilities on which one Jouno/Atsushi will get read to find out.
