Experiences and observations from my first job in an advertising agency in the 1990s. This was pre-digital advertising when Television Networks and magazines commanded most of the advertising dollars. Perks from these media partners included expensive trips and motorcycles, clients could do no wrong, expense reports were not always reviewed and harassment was not illegal.
