The work itself belongs to me, but the storyline belongs solely to Alesana. The story may differ slightly from The Emptiness.

Yet every scrap of evidence points in all other directions except Milke, and until any of it can pronounce him guilty, he remains a free man. All (Y/n) (L/n) wants is Milke's rampage to come to an end. She wants equity for the murderer's late partner and the rest of his victims, but her patience with Ohio's justice system has run thin. She leaves herself no other option than to take matters into her own hands and dig deeper into the murders herself, even if it means putting her life on the line. However, the more she uncovers about the cases, the more she learns that there is more to them than meets the eye. ••• Contains: mild language, violence, and themes of sensuality.
