Fanfic about Taylor Swift's newly released All Too Well short film, written and directed by Taylor Swift. This is how I imagine the "All Too Well" book would go, the one released at the end of the short film. This is the Girl chronicling her heart-wrenching relationship with the Man. The film depicts 19-year-old Sadie Sink (of Stranger Things) portraying younger Taylor and 30-year-old Dylan O'Brien portraying Jake Gyllenhaal. This fanfic meshes the song, the film's dialogue, and some original content to flesh out some of the scenes. This fic uses direct quotes from Taylor Swift's music, mostly from the song All Too Well. The film shows the creepy age gap between Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhall when they dated and highlights "the man's" (he's an unnamed character in the short film and in this fic) manipulation and emotional abuse. If people end up reading this, I'll create a whole story charting the Girl and Man's relationship and backstories.
