For the open novella contest, this is a story about a young girl who wakes up in the small town of Star Dew. The scenery is nice. The town's people are friendly. But she has no memories of how she got there. And things get surreal when she tries to leave town but is looped back in. Her only clue is a purple iris that glows in her dreams.

A hot friend comes to stay at your house while your Dad is away. Too bad that a romance between the two of you is against the rules. I would start with saying a very common thing in quotes "Every person falls in love with someone so deeply at some part of their lives that they can live the rest of their life meaningfully with that person." Love isn't like any other relationship as we know. If you get to ask some young lovers, they just say its more of a feeling of attachment of two understanding hearts than a kind of relationship. Many believe that love is the most gifted asset of anyone's life. And many believe that love does not have anything to do with the distance between two persons as long as the two hearts know how close they are. Maybe GOD writes a love story in everyone's chapter of LIFE. Its early for some and late for some other. But its definitely written.

Poem

Every night he comes without fail. He stands there, hiding just behind my shirts. I see him, he sees me and smiles. That toothless smile, I can see where teeth once were, but have now rotted out and left stumps of roots. His skin white, but I can see purple like veins showing against his flaky white skin. Sometimes he will step out of the closet and get on his hands and knees and crawl over to my bed. Slowly, methodically like a cat hunting prey. He sits at the edge of my bed. His serpent like tongue slowly licks the bottom of my feet. I musts not move, when I move he gets angry. I hold back a scream...I can feel his breath release on my feet. His claw like fingers skimming my ankle. I hold my breath...
