Amara has just return from her 10 years journey in Afrika to prepare herself to fulfil her duty as the new story keeper of the Book of Anansi. Her grandmother has recently passed away and left everything to her. When she returns, she finds that the Book of Anansi is missing and her twin brother, Amare, is locked up while leaving his pregnant girlfriend and children struggling. She promise her grandmother that she would look after her brother no matter what, but their sibling relationship will be put to the test as they deal with everyday situations and Anansi's bag of tricks he left for them. Amara wants to remain loyal to her duties as story keeper and have nothing to do with the outside world. Amare wants to live a normal life and have nothing to do with carrying the responsibilities as a story keeper. Either way, they will have to work together to get the book back and return the stories to its pages before anybody gets hurt or worse.

She cried, "Then that is what I shall do!" This was written as an exercise in writing a performance-style folk tale in a style we're not familiar with. I don't know much about the Zulu culture apart from enjoying their stories, so I am sure there are errors. If there are any please let me know as I'm here to learn!
