I have a book of inspirational quotes that help me with depression, so I wanted to share it with the wattpad community. (The picture on this book can make anyone happy...)

I can be happy, I can be sad. I can bleed, I can hurt. I'm just like you...only human.

On behalf of everybody who loves you, I beg you, don't take your life. You matter in this world, and if you don't see it, I hope that this can help you find it.

One reason. Every day. (For the most part.) Reasons why you shouldn't commit suicide. Small things. That we normally overlook. Brought to light. In one book. This isn't anything fancy, and I tend to go on rants/uplifting-ish author's notes that are all over the place. ~I am willing to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I am not a therapist, and I don't know everything. But I try to help. If you message me I'll respond as soon as I can. A word to those people who judge

They are the light at the end of your very dark tunnel☯️.They are there for you. Yes!you👈 the one reading. The same one with the tears behind your smile. The pain beneath your nonchalant attitude. the same one that has lost hope. The one who cries him/herself to sleep. The one who's go-to word is 'I am fine' when they are not, the one who is screaming inside their head for help, hoping someone will look behind their facade and hear them.... 200 reasons for you to stay alive.

I've met people whose lives are being torn apart on Wattpad. I don't know what you may be going through, and I don't know how bad it is that your life seems worthless. But I do know something. I know that there are small things in life that makes me happy every single time. I know that if I think of people that love me, I don't dare to think about hurting myself for their sake. Please don't end your life. If this message wasn't enough, I'll put small things in this book that made me feel that life really is an amazing thing.

This is a collection of poems that touch on various issues issues ranging from faith to mental health and even fear. It chronicles my journey as a writer and a christian girl who has battled with a few things and how these words have helped me find healing.

I say I'm okay to hide the pain. For your actions, I took the blame. With me, you were never tame. The scars I kept to keep you sane. You said together would be insane. There was no emotion that you would gain. So If I left, would you still be the same?
