Humanity was never supposed to survive. When the Great Council discovered humans, they found a young civilisation already spreading across three worlds with technology advancing faster than anyone expected. At first humanity was welcomed. Then it was restricted. And when fear replaced diplomacy, the Council made an unthinkable decision: half of humanity was to be exterminated. Humanity fled into the unexplored Void. Only a fraction survived. Led by Alex Smith, the survivors found a hidden system, rebuilt their civilisation and promised that no power would ever decide their fate again. Over the following decades, humanity transformed itself-extending life, enhancing the human body, developing wormhole gates, building enormous starships and creating technology far beyond anything the Council could imagine. But humanity never forgot the species that had once stood beside them. When the Council began persecuting those former allies, humans returned from the shadows to rescue them, forming the Human Accord. They recovered enslaved humans, stole Earth back from the Council and even moved the planet itself to safety. The Council responded with a fleet of more than half a million warships. Yet humanity refused to become the monster its enemies feared. Instead of conquest, Alex offered peace. What followed changed the galaxy forever: secret negotiations, battles fought to protect innocent worlds, the creation of neutral Station Zero, and the discovery of the fact-driven Oruun, who would become the galaxy's judges, historians and mediators. Decades later, the Council and Accord stand together instead of against each other. Humanity has hidden its homeworlds inside pocket dimensions, science has reached unimaginable heights, and a galaxy once racing towards war has achieved something nobody believed possible. Peace. Not perfect. Not guaranteed. But working.

Artificial Intelligence has become a part of everyday life. Whether you're a student asking an AI chatbot to explain a science concept, a developer generating code, a marketer creating content, or a business owner analyzing data, AI tools are now only a few clicks away. Because these tools are so accessible, many people have started believing that using AI means they understand AI. It's an easy assumption to make. After all, if you can write prompts, generate images, summarize documents, or automate repetitive tasks, it feels like you've mastered the technology. But there's an important difference between using AI and understanding AI. The gap between these two skills is becoming increasingly important. As AI continues to influence education, healthcare, software development, finance, and countless other industries, people who understand how AI works will make better decisions than those who simply know how to use the latest tools. AI Is Easier to Use Than Ever Just a few years ago, Artificial Intelligence seemed like something only researchers and large technology companies worked on. Today, almost anyone with an internet connection can interact with AI. Students use AI to simplify difficult topics. Professionals draft emails and reports in seconds. Designers create images using text prompts. Programmers generate code suggestions. Businesses automate customer support. The growing availability of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and Canva AI has made AI more accessible than ever before. This accessibility is a remarkable achievement. However, easy access can sometimes create the illusion of expertise. Using a calculator doesn't make someone a mathematician. Likewise, using AI doesn't automatically mean someone understands Artificial Intelligence. What Does It Mean to "Use AI"? Using AI focuses on completing tasks efficiently. Examples include: Writing emails Summarizing documents Translating languages Creating presentations
