War. War never changes. On October 23, 2077, The Great War ended as a deluge of nuclear fire destroyed society as we knew it. The world was consumed by atomic flames, civilizations were reduced to rubble, and the very fabric of humanity was scorched beyond recognition. Those fortunate, or perhaps unfortunate, enough to survive sought refuge in underground vaults, clinging to the hope that one day, they could emerge and reclaim the surface. Generations have passed since that fateful day. The wasteland, now a harsh and unforgiving frontier, is dotted with the remnants of the old world-rusted skyscrapers, broken highways, and forgotten towns. Along with it comes other dangers. Mutants, Robots, And even the Fellow Man But in this desolate land, life persists. New societies have arisen, built on the ashes of the old, fighting for survival amidst the ruins. It is now 2281, and now a group of wastelanders will rise to the occasion!

A twelve year old aspiring musician tries to get a record deal. A teenage girl ventures through a futuristic countryside to save her little sister. A conspiracy theorist attends college on another planet. A broken band writes the best album of their career. Most of all, a writer attempts to find her voice. Set in the retro-future universe of the "Family Of Earth" series (three decades after the climactic hijacking of the infamous Ruby lift in "Ruby Descent"), this saga follows the adventures of a rebellious group of teens from Mars who do things their own way, no matter what. From their wild youth of drag races and dares, they grow wiser and bolder and ultimately help to pioneer humanity's first interstellar voyages. These kids face an exciting but uncertain future in the face of corporate corruption. In spite of it all, the spirit of rock n' roll never dies, and it will guide them through the challenges ahead. This book contains various short stories set in the world of the upcoming series. Here we'll intro the characters and the often precarious lives they lead. The Skyfall Strip: Avee Lyn An adventurous girl challenges an overconfident rival to a drag race. Classic hot-rod style. The rock n' roll culture on Mars is well-known for its love of thrills. To a bunch of bored teens out in the dust, roaring engines and dares are a way of life. The Meaning Is The Feeling: Su and the Dust Bunnies Here we meet the Dust Bunnies, a tough all-girl hoverbike gang from Mars. Take a ride with these carefree gals and their robotic companion, Vex. They must defend their Say against the corruption of a terraforming tycoon, Mr. Ronald Frump.

At some point in the distant past, the sun went dark and the world grew cold. What remained of humanity clustered around the eight domed cities, and swore fealty to the Lords Nuclear in exchange for heat and power. In nearby space, dark powers swirl. The Midnight King and his arithmetic engines constantly search for larger prime numbers to trade with these dark powers in exchange for a momentary lessening of the ever present winter. Amaya is an orphan, raised by traders, who had nothing to remember her parents by except for a few hazy memories and her mother's eagle pendant. She's always known she was different though, and she hopes soon she'll discover why.

A portal opens up in the middle of the city and a girl with no regard for her life finds a fun activity. The portal leads to city far in the future. New adventures await and even more universes

Two nations collide during a period of turmoil. Literally. As fuel becomes more scarce and winds become stronger, it's becoming harder and harder to pilot the giant floating islands that make up the territories of each nation away from each other. And that makes for a very interesting political dilemma; what do you do if you're enemy is drifting uncontrollably towards you? You're first option is to drift the other way. The second is to push back. We did the latter, and now we're broke. No fuel, no food, little water and hundreds have already lost their lives; our only option is to surrender. Or, we can preform an over the top espionage mission to steal vital technology for sustainable energy production from a previously neutral nation. Yeah, we'll do that one instead.
