(Adapted from Prelude to Joy and The Chronicles of Peace) Following a traumatic and bumpy six years of primary school that went by in a blur, Crystal did not wish to go through the same ordeal in her four years in secondary school. Rather, with her one Direct School Admission (DSA) offer through media literacy, she wanted to live her teenage years in her new school to the fullest. You name it-called up for opportunities, lots of friends, student councillor! As she goes through the next four years of secondary school, she eventually realises the best way to live your adolescence isn't the flashy opportunities but being in a community that can embrace all of you.

Literally dealing with the world itself as I try to get to where I can write. Dealing with mental illness. Literally transitioning in this political climate. Might make a good autobiography One day. The following is a journal of my last years. Literally plan to thrive. Editing passes to come. This is meant to be an historical document from an critical voice. Yes me. A trans girl in the middle of societal scapegoating and possibly societal collapse. It is important to learn from the past. So learning from by while making something to be learned from. This is why I am posting it. Its apart of an omnibus. Planed by me. This is an infinite evolving project. Lets us see where it goes.

The catalyst was entirely mundane. A grounded, practical error from earlier in the afternoon. Caught in the blinding adrenaline of an argument, I had realized with sudden horror that I was still aggressively defending a point I could no longer remember making. I wanted a rule to prevent the momentum of a dispute from overriding its original purpose. So, I sat there with a spiral notebook, the only sound the hum of the refrigerator, and wrote a sentence: Verify the intent before the thought.

I was the friend who never fell apart, Well from the outside looking in. People leaned on me. Venting to me. Crying to me. Depending on me. And I carried it all while pretending I wasn't drowning. Choosing me felt wrong at first. Then it felt necessary. This is a story about reclaiming boundaries, rediscovering joy that isn't performative, and learning that strength doesn't mean suffering in silence. It's about growth, healing, and the courage to say, "I deserve peace too." Because sometimes, the strongest thing the happy friend can do... is finally choose herself.

This is an autobiography being written in real time of what is happening to me. Am I being gangstalked? Have I somehow entered the faerie realm? How is this related to a boy I kissed in a dream so he could become a famous rockstar? My electronics have been hacked. My house has been broken in to. My passport and global re-entry cards have been stolen among other things. I have no proof of who or what is doing this to me. This story is my truth in case anything happens to me.
