"You know I'm going to ask again tomorrow, right?" She sighs, stuffing her script into her bag. "Joe, you've asked me for my number every night for almost two weeks." "Consistency is attractive." "Stalking isn't." He grins. "I prefer the term devoted." Joe Keery has sat in Seat G12 every night since he first heard Clara Bennett rehearse through the theatre doors. He says it's because of her voice. She's convinced it's because he's bored. Either way, he keeps showing up. And every night, he asks for her number. Every night, she says no. This is a small snapshot from one of my very first fanfictions I ever wrote featuring Fantine and Eric. It hasn't been posted yet, and honestly, it's still very rough-but it means a lot to me.
