Eiji wasn't able to dream since Ash's death, his sleep was empty or filled with nightmares that haunted him over the years. He moved to New York but he didn't moved on from Ash, he didn't know if that was denial or hope, but deep down he strongly believed Ash was alive, somewhere, far away, but alive, and one day they could meet again. That hope tasted like a poison with such a sweet flavour that he was almost drunk from it, it destroyed his life, but also kept him alive. And then, when Eiji is ready to give up on that hope, he starts to dream again.

Recently I have watched Banana fish.I really loved it but it also made me cry so much 😭.I really wanted to do another ending because I really can't accept Ash's death no,not until he lives with Eiji happy^^.Anyways hope you enjoy reading it.

Heartbroken after Ash's death, Eiji Okumura has been finding life difficult, and is just about ready to give up when something happens that gives him a feeling he hasn't felt in a while--hope. One day, he hears of a young scientist, Pepper Aldine, who claims to have found a way to reverse death. Eiji, with the help of others who were close to Ash, manages to track the teenager down. After much persuasion, they eventually are able to convince Pepper to make the death cure. After years of hard work, she finally does it: she brings Ash back to life. All seems well until the newly formed trio discovers that there are malevolent people out there who have found out about Pepper's invention--and they want it for themselves.

Eiji can't believe Ash is dead. He's spent two years trying to come to terms with it, but it still feels like a fresh wound. Looking for closure and answers to *why* Ash had to die, Eiji returns to New York City. He sets out to write a book about Ash's life, and the societal injustices that drove such a kind person to such a dark road. On the way he interviews people Ash knew and tries to weave their stories together as he learns more about the boy who stole his heart. Nothing sexual, lots of sadness and fluff, basically I just wanted an excuse to write both post-Banana Fish angst and pre-Banana Fish backstory. Also Bones is trans because I said so.

This story is inspired by Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol. But you'll understand the story even if you haven't read the book (or watched some movie). It's a story where three ghosts visit Ash in his dreams to show him his past, present and future, so he can finally be happy with Eiji. Of course it has a happy ending, some romance and... much more. I can't tell you everything😜

We all know the story. A letter delivered to Ash, had him convinced to move to Japan. He ran to the flight that was leaving in an hour, but as he ran Lao stabs him. Ash takes this as a sign that he shouldn't go. So, he stumbled back into the library he knew and loved and died. Or did he? Ash made the hard decision to continue living his life apart from Eiji, as he felt as if he was a burden in Eiji's life and caused him to almost be killed. Years later, news spread to Ash that a sample of banana fish hadn't been destroyed and was in the hands of a scientist who was planning to use this drug for unknown purposes. Ash knew that he needed to find that scientist before he had the opportunity to use that drug and harm anyone else. The scientist had been hiding in Japan, so Ash and his fellow gang members flew to Japan, however Ash met someone he never expected to meet again.... will this reunion make or break Ash?
