Robert Jones is an average Junior High Band Teacher. His students adore him, he has a beautiful wife and a single son to call his own. But what you haven't been told is this- He was really a Time Traveller who saved the universe from the wicked Drum Major- A spirit-like human with a strong desire to destroy the universe, using the power of music to her advantage. Once the Drum Major is defeated once and for all, he married the beautiful Brenna and adopted their son Jason, giving up Time Travel for what he thought was the rest of his life. Sadly, he wasn't the best at hiding from his students. But when the Drum Major suddenly appears once again, it's up to The Conductor, his wife, and his students to save the universe.

I know this is something new, but I am going to try to write a book of just random crap about marching band. The chapters will just be short quotes or advice I came up with unless I specify that I got it off the internet.

Events in the fast-paced novel work around band camp, Beans and Cornbread's first show, an 'impacting' first marching band competition, sneaky cheerleading exes and an exciting Homecoming week. Three times bumping into each other ain't coincidence. The answer? Does she likes him? Does he likes her? I don't know. And what is she? "Piss off trumpet player." He turned around and swung his bat over his shoulders to walk towards my stupid school field. A trumpet player. "I'm more you know?" "So? So am I."

A short mini-story from Rigby Raines (the main character of Just Rigby - A Marching Band Story). Rigby recalls how her best friend made her Halloween a bright spot in the midst of a depressing year (after losing her mother to cancer).

A band trip to Amarillo, invited to play for and directed by a retired and amazing band director with the rest of your band members sounds amazing, right? Nothing could go wrong. Absolutely nothing. Not when the train is hijacked, not when people try and attack everyone else. No, nothing could ruin it. The cold weather that Mother Nature threw at us could take us all down. We were family, a band family, and nothing could take that away from us. Death nor hijackers, but maybe just finding out who everyone was in a life or death situation. Maybe that could change everyone, just maybe.... Warnings: Cursing (more will be added as this story progresses) This story was themed off of a band song made for a train chase during the early civil war. When listening to the recording, this story started to form and there, this magical story started. I will try my best to update this when I can, as I am having a bunch of fun with this. But I might also not have time to do a proper update for it. You all might never know. (This was also bloodier before I did a bigger change in the plot.)

The bad-boy, band geek, nerd, jock, and player band together to discover who the mystery 'hidden beauty' of their school is. They offer her a deal, well more like a bet. "Three weeks, you have to become popular in three weeks. If you fail you become our personal puppet until the last day of school. If you succeed we will have to it you are never bullied again on our watch." Will she accept the deal or stay the unknown, mystery, nerd, good-girl, perfect, goody goody 'hidden beauty' of the school.

Eve Morley is FED UP with her neighbours. If only they would stop pestering her, she could focus on practicing her trumpet. Because if there's one thing Eve needs, it's the music scholarship to Clarington University. The only problem? Jack Anderson from next door wants it as bad as she does. And he will stop at NOTHING to ruin her dream... Jack Anderson is sick and tired of Perfect Eve Morley. How can she be an honours student, star athlete AND brilliant musician at the same time? The only time he feels superior is with his violin at his cheek, so obviously the scholarship for Clarington is his and his alone. So why won't Eve quit trying? Two families, two teenagers, one rivalry. Will Jack and Eve ever be happy? Will they learn to tolerate each other? Will they find love? Or will 24 Lillian Lane always be divided... This is an idea I thought of back in grade 8, reading Romeo and Juliet. It's a variation on Shakespeare's classic story, set in modern times. (Well, no one dies...)
