Have you ever read The Great Gatsby? If you're from America, and have been a junior in high school, it is very likely that you have. This story is based off of that loved and discussed novel, but with a slightly better.. or worse twist.

This is after my girlfriend, well ex, left me. Out of loneliness, depression, hours of thinking what I did wrong(plenty, lol) and delusions/fantasies I made up. I thought to myself,"I should make a story about this!" Et viola, here I am. EDIT! Enjoy! :D --- This is what happened to an introverted guy, living in a crappy apartment, who just got dumped and his practically weird delusion. Or is it? His name is Louis. A not-so-social-avid-gamer-and-doesn't-give-a-crap guy who was left by his girlfriend because of his, well, not-so-social-avid-gamer-and-doesn't-give-a-crap guy attitude. But everything will changed after he meets a girl, who just showed up on his bed one morning.

Note: This was a writing assignment that I had back in middle school. Just wanted to share it because I'm a little bored. If you haven't' read "All Summer in a Day" you should before you read this. Also, (maybe at a later time) the "second chapter" will be a revised or an alternative ending that I've written years later. ------- This is the continuation of the short story "All Summer in a Day" by American writer Ray Bradbury. Just an alternate ending writen by me, please do enjoy.

A girl named Amari just started highschool, her life was normal just like any other Asian kid.( Yes she's Asian) She always been proud of her culture just like any other, and etc. but She's Hmong which make her different in a way because she had friends who also is Hmong. One of her friend was a guy named Chee they were childhood friends.When she started Highschool she made friends easily and found another Hmong friend named Chris. During the School Amari realize finally that she kinda have feeling toward Chee but didn't know how he felt so she kept it an secret. Meanwhile on the other hand, both Chee and Chris liked Amari which she had no clue of. During their high school years things happen here and there. Then finally their senior years was approching and they made up their dedcisions to go on their separate ways because its the best for them. Several years later....... They all meet again and things just got complicated when both Chee and Chris told Amari they both still has feelings for her and haven't change since.
