Yep

The female protagonist turns, and at that exact moment light breeze blows by, making a few strands of her hair move with the air. She walks slowly flashing her million dollar smile. She's just too perfect to be real. With a body to die for, flawless skin, the most beautiful eyes. And dunn dunn dunn...the male protagonist fells in love at that very first sight with his little man just too excited. She falls in love with him too and they live happily ever after. Fvck !! That's all bull! It so hilarious, isn't it? And I'm done playing cupid with those 'perfect to be real' kinda people. So, that's why I went on this 'playing cupid and messing around' mission to have a lil fun and a break. Lemme tell you it was one hella awesome experience. I'm actually on the way to see the final outcome of this mess I made with these two poor souls, well scratch that they are not poor. They were actually each other's wildest dream. Wanna join in the ride? I'll tell you everything from the time I came into picture and decided they were my targets for my first round of this mission. Ready? Fasten your seatbelts and let me have the pleasure to tell you a story of a "Dick-head and Virgin- Pants". Hope you enjoy it as much as I (cupid) had fun playing with their lives. Well, here we go…

Surprise

"Dreams feel real while we're in them. It's only when we wake up that we realize something was actually strange." Amy Green is a small town girl, starting her freshman year all alone in a big prestigious high school. Then suddenly, when the humble town of Hazelbrookes has a population surge with hundreds of rich, beautiful people moving into her life, all that changes. Something is off about the new kids in town, and it's not just their inhuman attractiveness. At first, it's subtle little things that cue Amy in, like how they never eat anything, or how they all have overwhelming amounts of charisma that tend to allure even the strongest willed people to them. Nothing too big. But after the boy Amy crushes on (or rather, feels the biggest pull to) bites her in the nurse's office at school, she realizes that everything is way bigger than she had originally expected.

Here is my script for an unproduced short film, entitled "Finish Me". The tale centers around the anxiety and guilt that comes with being emotionally, passionately attached to a artistic project while trying to get much needed sleep. Written in late 2020, shortly after my discovery of the works of director David Lynch, I constructed the piece to deliberately counter my consistent pitfalls when making short films. Those being: they are too complicated, in story and in technical composition, and are too long. Here, I wanted to compose a piece that could be be filmed in my filmmaker partner's house using a very small cast. Unfortunately, 2020's woes and subsequent life changes have so far prevented me from filming the piece, and it has remained in my metaphorical drawer until now. Perhaps one day the little flick can see rolling cameras.
