In this reimagined Twilight universe, Bella Swan and her mother Renee are Black. Bella is the same clumsy, shy, book-loving introvert from canon, but with a bold, sassy, and fiercely protective edge. She genuinely loves the rainy, quiet town of Forks and has been visiting her father Charlie frequently since childhood. At 17, she chooses to move there permanently so Renee can travel freely with her new husband Phil - not out of resentment, but because Forks feels like home.

Jacob moves to Spoons from Phoenix, expecting it to just be another mundane town. Well, until he meets one hot Omega named Edward.

After 3 years studying abroad in Italy, and her high school eduction in the gifted colligate school of Arizona, and many, many rejected applications, her letter- the key to her future- had arrived. To make the deal better, they had offered her a fully paid scholarship for as long as she choose to pursue the program. It was an offer she couldn't deny. There was only one downside. the laboratory that the brilliant Doctor Carlisle Cullen worked and taught out of only had one location, deeply tucked away in the forest of the town Bella was born in, Forks Washington.
