Julia Hawkins is a teenage girl who just wants to be treated like everyone else. She is a young girl with autism, and because of this, people think she's odd. Her classmates don't understand why she is so fixated on one subject, is antisocial, and stims when she gets excited. Julia doesn't know why people find her so weird, and she also wants her parents to not get so frustrated with her because she really is trying in all she does. Her special interest is performing, singing, and anything that has to do with the fantasy world. Julia one day hopes to be the lead in her school play. She will show people that she can do things on her own, and not let her disability define her. Some events in the story are loosely based on my own life experiences as a woman with autism.

My version of tejran meeting and falling in love. This story will take you through the inner insecurities, thinking and dilemma of our karan and tejasswi. The story will have many heart warming moments but also its a simple story. Doesn't have any overtly bad or negative characters. The story focuses on the theme of never judging a person and also the grey aspects of a situation. Life is not black or white its all shades of grey. Similarly no person in life is inherently bad situations in life make them what they are. Hopefully after reading the story we all as people will also take a moment and think before giving out a verdict, think before quickly typing out a tweet against someone and tweeting such negative thoughts for the world and most unfortunately that person to see.we may like some people we may not like some people whether celebs or any person in our life, but it depends on us whether we want to distance ourselves from someone we dont like or to spread hate and negativity. "IF YOU CAN'T SAY SOMETHING NICE DON'T SAY NOTHING AT ALL" This is my first story so I would appreciate if you leave behind what are you feeling while reading the story as comments. Why do we learn about maths when an 8 year old has no idea they're being abused? Why is life romanticised in every single story? Why can't we have one story that represents a lot more than just the characters in it? My aim of this short story is to provoke thoughts about each of these questions and more. Make the most of life and be kind to each other. This isn't supposed to be a feel good story, although it does have a feel good meaning.
