Ils disaient que des gens dans mon cas s'y trouvent. Mais que ce passerait t-il que je n'étais pas folle et que toutes ces choses que je décris et que je sent étaient vraies ?

The phrase "I am an enigma" just doesn't quite do May Hunter justice. Quirky, Weird, Strange, and Um don't do it either. Odd numbers are the 'Angels of Death', people injected with the 'Krokodil' drug and forced to eat human brains in order to induce a crazed mental state. Mortis swears that he will have no intervention in the study, but when the beautiful Adelaide finds herself in a situation that she never would have imagined, Mortis must make a choice...ignore the girl and continue his work, or potentially risk his study in the name of love.
