Looking for a beta reader who actually cares about your story (and won't roast your grammar... unless you ask)? Hey there! I'm offering beta reading and proofreading for Wattpad writers who want their stories to shine brighter than my phone screen at 2am. I'll help you level up your writing-without messing up your unique vibe. What I offer: I'll fix grammar, spelling, punctuation, and awkward sentences that mess with your flow. I also provide feedback on pacing, character development, and dialogue to make sure everything feels authentic and engaging. I've worked on different genres-rom-coms, fantasy, drama-and I really enjoy helping writers improve their craft. I also understand that you need quick turnarounds and affordable pricing. This service is perfect if: * You want to grow your Wattpad audience with polished content. * You're planning to publish on other platforms and need professional-level editing. * You want readers to focus on your story, not grammar mistakes. I'm not just here to correct errors. I genuinely want to help you create something you're proud of and that readers will love. Interested? DM me to discuss rates and get started!

Princess Samara is on the run after a shapeshifter murders her father and takes his form. The shapeshifter also steals the king's ring, which grants him the ability to bring statues to life. This launches the young princess into a quest to find a magic dagger and liberate her kingdom, all the while being hunted by living statues. She makes new friends along the way to comfort the shapeshifter in an epic showdown. I am looking for beta readers for this story. At the end of the story there would be a brief survey that I hope people will fill out and send to me. Once I get enough feedback I will do another draft of this story.

The story is to be about these two characters who meet and fall in love - while I'm working on it, I figured I could get feedback here hence this post. Let me know what I should improve upon or what should happen next (or how to keep formatting from the original document I quite liked that part and would like to have kept it)

Introduction to Readers This 2,000-word excerpt from my sci-fi novel spans the second half of Chapter 1 and the first half of Chapter 2, set in a dynamic university. Larja, an astrophysicist professor, and Sarah, his PhD student and assistant, head from a lecture hall to Merian's office, where another professor supervises Sarah's thesis. Their interactions hint at cosmic stakes, but I'm seeking feedback on prose and language, how they flow, and whether they are natural and smooth. Please share your thoughts on writing style in the comments, avoiding plot or logic. For detailed critique or beta reading interest, comment or DM me! © Sam Lurian 2025, All Rights Reserved.
