Believe in yourself. Love yourself. Find who you are. Make the right choices. Know who you are. That's what they all tell you. You should believe them. Because... they're right.

❝A change in color for every shade of love.❞ Elle Fovs believes in soul mates. She believes that there's someone out there who will truly, madly and deeply fall in love with her. Her goal is to camouflage herself in order to comply with the desires of every person she meets, so that somewhere along the way, she can find her soul mate. In this compilation of letters in the form of poems from ex-lovers, Elle gets nine people to fall in love with her after she successfully mirrors the personality traits they want to see in a girl. Whether it's beauty, brains or bravery, she pretends to have it all. But the real question is, did any of them fall for who she really is? Did any of them fall in love with the taints under the layers of paint? ❝Sometimes, your soul mate is yourself. You have to be the love of your life until you can find that type of love in someone else.❞

We're all for being yourself - a unique individual with every reason to give a meaningful smile and live a happy life. So, the meaning of this challenge is to be completely, utterly, 100% yourself. We've noticed a lot of people change you they truly are to fit in with the 'it' crowd, and we don't want that to happen! We want people to express who they are, embrace their style, and show off their inner beauty! Because, perfection isn't looks. There isn't someone in this world that is utter perfection! Everyone has their flaws, their secrets, and their fetishes, and The Inner Outer You Challenge is telling everyone to embrace those things and strut around with them like you're on a catwalk! For at least one day, it can be more, you must not give a damn about others' thoughts, and just be who you truly are! You in?

Have you ever felt condemned to the stereotypes that society places on you? Do you ever find yourself "living" in those stereotypes because you've been so programmed into believing that it's how you "should" be? This poem is to open the eyes of everyone who have been judged, stereotyped, and classified into degrading categories by the harsh society we live in. Stereotypes are just ways to keep us all bound, in boxes, unable to reach our fullest potential. Some Common Stereotypes: -Black People MUST speak Ebonics -White people can't dance. -Fatherless homes are reserved for Black families -All Catholic priests are child molesters -All Christians are judgmental -Women are only good for cooking, cleaning, child bearing -White women are weak, docile, ditzy, and stupid -Black women are ghetto, loud-mouth, and violent -Asians are nerds -Blondes are dumb -Brunettes are bitchy -Rich people are better than the less fortunate -Intelligence is a "White" thing -All men are sex starving dogs / rapists / cheaters ...and the one we've all learned as children: -Boys go to Jupiter to get more stupid-er. Girls go to college to get more knowledge. I say let God define who you are. He has a special plan for all of our lives. Don't let society steer you into believing that you must "live" the stereotype that they have placed on you. "This is the way society made me." Screw that! Let's shed our stereotypical images and walk in the light of who we REALLY are. Take the limits off of yourself. No limits, No boundaries! Note: This poem was written back in March of 2013. I was only 16 years old then. My writing has obviously advanced since then, but this poem still has an important message in it. Hope you enjoy! **NOTE: This is a spiritual-based poem. From chronic insomnia to permanent under-eye circles, the only way to go is up. Except things don't go up from there. After meeting others with conditions alarmingly similar to their fairytale counterparts, Lia realizes that all of them have one thing in common: the lack of a happy ending. So through trials of battling the metaphorical dragon to finding the evil drag queen, Amelia sets herself on an unorthodox mission to find her and her friends, a happily ever after.
