Axolotl sends Bill to live at the Mystery Shack, where he will basically have to learn to live with humans, in a new body in which he doesn't feel like himself, and he will have to work in the gift shop. Ford, who still holds a grudge against him, doesn't dare to trust him or let him go very far with his insinuations. There will be Billford in this fanfic, of course, but the relationship will form little by little and not so abruptly. This is my first fic, but I'm doing my best to write it. One-sided maybe??? + Love triangle +POTENTIAL BOOK OF BILL SPOILERS + Angst (probably) + Slight slow burn Some of this is interpretations from the book of Bill, which I listened to a read through of a bit ago, and I have yet to reread, so it might not all be accurate to the timeline in the book but alas, it is fan FICTION so maybe having it be slightly different will be more interesting, not to mention the other plans I have for the story like some little headcannon-esk Ford secrets and Bill being an obsessive evil ex, who knows ,maybe I'll even have them get back together at some point!
