Billie and Adelaide meet in a psychiatric outpatient program after separate breakdowns.
Adelaide is quiet, hyper-observant, and emotionally numb.
Billie is magnetic, self-destructive, constantly reinventing herself, hair color, personality, beliefs.
They become inseparable.
At night, they create an anonymous online account where strangers submit confessions, secrets, fantasies, suicidal thoughts, affairs, humiliations. The women edit and rewrite the submissions before posting them publicly.
Their friendship turns quietly monstrous.
One of them starts shaping her real life into tragedies worth posting online, sleeping with dangerous men, provoking fights, starving herself, disappearing for days.
The other watches with fascination and envy rather than concern.
Then the account begins publishing entries that neither of them remembers writing. The unsettling part isn't whether something supernatural is happening - it's that both women are becoming so fragmented neither can fully trust her own mind anymore.
