I'm black and I have some things to say

"At the end of the day we all black. It doesn't matter whether you're light skin, dark skin, or even brown skin, you're black. It's time to start acting like it." Two seventeen year old bestfriends, Symone Barrows and Khadijah Washington, have lived very different lives due to the color of their skin. The major problem with that is that one of them understands that and the other one is oblivious. When a sudden altercation happens that not only separates them but their entire school they're forced to choose sides. Will this be the end of their friendship or will their relationship prevail? This story is gonna dig deep into colorism so if you find yourself offended and you need to step away you can do so.
