But then then he eventually caught up and stepped in front of me and he held my big shoulders. But I refused to look at him in the eye so my eyes were glued to the ground. "Look at me." he said with such a demanding tone that I just gave in and looked up. "I wasn't trying to hurt your feelings, I told you that I love you and that I care about you, but just not the way you want me to. You're my best friend's niece Isabella-Rose. You're like my little sister. I deeply care about you, and I like our conversations, I don't want us to stop talking to each other. But I'm just way too old for you, I'm 24 you're 17 that's a 7 year age gap. That's way too old." as he said all this I couldn't stop thinking of how foolish I've been.

Seventeen year old Aziza Jones has always lived a sheltered life. Being someone from the African American community, her parents have worked vigorously to shield her from a world where others may not be as welcoming. For the longest time, she followed their advice and turned her eyes away from injustices whilst counting down the days until her high school graduation. That is until the summer before senior year. When Aziza moves down South to spend time with her distant family, she begins to experience and witness first hand discrimination. Aziza comes to realize that she must escape her silent shadows and speak up against the wrongdoings, but while doing so she risks her friends, family, safety, and even her future.

16 year old Justice Delaware started off as a 11 year old teen who at that age her and her 13 year old brother Jeremiah had to experience the death of her innocent father Greg Delaware by 3 policemen who Weren't punished at that time. 5 years later she reminisces on that traumatic experience and is destined to get justice not just for her father but for her people.

This story reveals the life of a young girl named Hilda, who visits the forest that her mom forbid her to enter. there, she meets her new best friend, and many magical creatures.

After seeing all of the amazing works on Wattpad about the Black Lives Matter movement, I've decided to create my own. This project is going to be a series of posts, essays, and links. I want to focus on everything from police brutality to the Black history we were not taught in school. I'm open to suggestions on what you want to hear from me! Also, I would like to point out that I am a white creator. This means that I could make a mistake or two. Please, call me out if you do catch something that's inaccurate or sounds wrong!
